Background
I am currently a student at Strake Jesuit College Prep, having grown up in Houston, Texas. From a young age, I have always been interested in athletics and have competed in many sports including basketball, baseball, track, cross country, swim team, lacrosse, football, soccer, tennis, and golf.
Technical Expertise
I have a passion for technology and have developed several websites from scratch, including this one. I have also worked on game development projects. My technical skills include working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, and Unreal Engine.
Leadership Experience
Leadership has been a significant part of my life. I served as president of student council in my younger years. At Strake Jesuit I am President of the Gaming Tournament Club, which runs fundraising tournaments and donates the proceeds to charity, and Vice President of the AI Development Club, which discusses the ethics and everyday uses of AI. I am also President of the SJ App Club, which teaches its members how to build mobile applications, House Captain of Faber House, and a Vice Captain of the Cross Country team. I actively participate in service both within and outside of my school, striving to be the best person I can possibly be.

Faith & Philosophy
I have always been an active Catholic, and in recent years, I have delved deeper into the theology and philosophy behind my faith. This spiritual journey has helped shape my worldview and personal values.
Language & Linguistics
My interest in linguistics stems from being raised bilingual in English and Spanish. Starting freshman year, I took Mandarin Chinese and fell in love with linguistics. I plan to continue studying Mandarin throughout high school. Additionally, I'm learning German and have basic communication skills, while also beginning to learn Russian.
Future Aspirations
I dream of pursuing a career that makes a meaningful impact on people's lives. My goal is to make a difference in this world, and I am committed to working towards that objective through my education and personal development.
